The subject of the contract is the implementation of services: “Reception of municipal waste from owners of inhabited property and organization and conduct of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the city of Kostrzyn nad Oder, including the following partial tasks:

1.1. Task 1 - “Reception of municipal waste from owners of property residing in the city of Kostrzyn nad Oder” under the conditions set out in this specification terms of the contract together with the annexes.

1.2. Task 2 — Organisation and conduct of Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”) in Kostrzyn nad Oder city under the conditions set out in this specification of the terms of the contract together with the annexes.

Task 1 - “Reception of municipal waste from owners of property residing in the city of Kostrzyn nad Oder” under the conditions set out in this specification terms of the contract together with the annexes.

The scope of services includes:

1.1.1. Receiving, transport and transfer to development (according to the Regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the city of Kostrzyn nad Oder) of the following types of municipal waste:

(a) non-segregated (mixed),

(b) paper and cardboard,

c) glass, including clear glass and coloured glass,

d) plastics, metals and multi-material packaging,

(e) biodegradable (kitchen) and biodegradable packaging,

f) furniture and large size,

(g) used electrical and electronic equipment,

(h) worn tyres,

(i) exhibited after Christmas next to containers or carriages

for containers of Christmas trees,

(j) any other, except construction rubble, of municipal waste falling next to containers for selective collection of waste,

(k) medicines collected in containers placed at the following points

l) on the territory of Kostrzyn nad Oder: pharmacy “ESKULAP - 16/2 Jagiellońska Street, pharmacy “NOWA” - Wodna 6 street, pharmacy “CENTRUM” - Sikorskiego Street 35, pharmacy “CORAX”

m) - Sikorskiego Street 12, pharmacy “CORAX” - M. Konopnicka Street 1, lobby of the City Office

n) - 2 Graniczna Street.

The types of waste listed in paragraph 1 will be received: from all owners of resident property, in accordance with the list of addresses of the owners indicated in Annex 4 to the SWZ (list of property owners) and from the owners of the property that will be resided during the duration of the application of this agreement.

1.1.2. Equipment by the Contractor of all properties inhabited in containers with parameters meeting the provisions of the rules of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the city of Kostrzyn nad Oder and in bags for collecting municipal waste

1.1.3. Delivery, on the occasion of waste collection, to property inhabited in single-family or terraced buildings prepared by the Ordering Party leaflets, brochures, etc.

Task 2 — Organisation and conduct of Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”) in Kostrzyn nad Oder city under the conditions set out in this specification of the terms of the contract together with the annexes.

1.2.1. Organization and equipment.

1) The organization and preparation of PSZOK belongs to the duties of the Contractor. The Contractor must hold legal title to the property on which PSZOK will be organized at least for the period of execution of the subject of the contract.

2) PSZOK must be located on the territory of the city of Kostrzyn nad Oder in a place where it will not cause nuisance and to which it will be possible to access. The PSZOKu area is to be secured in a way that prevents access to it by unauthorised persons.

3) The Contractor shall mark PSZOK in a manner visible to residents, by placing an information board containing the inscription: “Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point for Residents of the City of Kostrzyn nad Oder”, time and time of acceptance of waste and name and address details of the Contractor.

4) PSZOK should be located on a paved ground and equipped with the necessary media, depending on the season and opening hours also illuminated.

5) PSZOK should be equipped with equipment or systems to ensure the development of rainwater and industrial wastewater coming from the site of the point, in accordance with the requirements laid down by law, including the Act of 20 July 2017. Water Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2233, as amended),

6) the provision of the necessary land and the supply of media necessary for the operation of PSZOK lies on the Contractor's side. The Ordering Party provides that the minimum area of PSZOK should be at least 700 m2. The costs of organizing, equipment, operation, operation, handling of PSZOK can only take into account the elements necessary for receiving waste from residents of the city of Kostrzyn nad Oder.

7) PSZOK should comply with the requirements of applicable law in particular: the Law of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2021r item 2351 as amended) of the Act of 7 July 1994.

8) PSZOK will receive free of charge from residents of Kostrzyn nad Oder originating

Household waste:

(a) biowaste— including green from the care of greens and home gardens,

b) dangerous,

c) used oils,

d) large-sized furniture and waste, used electrical and electronic equipment, used tyres,

e) plastics, metals, multi-material packaging,

f) paper and cardboard,

g) glass,

h) biowaste (kitchen),

(i) construction and repair and demolition waste in the amount of up to 100 kg per inhabitant of the city of Kostrzyn nad Oder per year,

j) clothing and textiles,

(k) expired drugs and chemicals,

(l) ineligible for household medical waste

as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes,

d) used batteries and rechargeable batteries,

(m) other segregated municipal waste.

9) the equipment and operation of PSZOK is the responsibility of the Contractor,

10) The Contractor shall equip PSZOK with containers and containers for the temporary collection of all waste provided for receiving therein, and prepares a place for temporary collection of waste which may be stored outside containers or containers, minimum quantities of equipment for temporary collection the waste supplied is: 1 container 16 m3 for biodegradable waste, 16 m3 container for bulky waste, 16 m3 container for glass waste, 16 m3 container for paper and cardboard waste, 1 container 16 m3 for plastic waste and multi-material packaging, 1 container 16 m3 for plastic waste and multi-material packaging, 1 container 16m3 oraz1 container 6m
