The subject of the contract is to perform investor supervision activities within the meaning of Art. 18 clause 2 of the Act of 7.7.1994 - Construction Law (hereinafter referred to as "construction law") over the implementation of the task entitled "Rebuilding of a small retention tank in the forestry of Małomice" (13-14-1.1-01) (hereinafter referred to as "the Investment"), in all industries of works resulting from the developed construction project and all activities resulting from the construction law and implementing regulations, as well as all activities arising from the contract with the contractor of construction works for the Investment.
2) Object of the contract "Construction investor supervision over the reconstruction of the small retention reservoir in the Małomice forestry" (13-14-1.1-01) is not divided into parts.
3) The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the administrative area of the Lubin Forest District. Implementation of the works included in the subject of the contract for individual lots will take place in the forestry area of Małomice.

As part of the function of the supervision inspector, the tasks of the Supervisory Inspector include:
a) exercising control over the compliance of construction with the design, regulations and principles of technical knowledge, in particular checking;
- correctness of geodetic determination of individual elements of building objects,
- the quality of materials supplied for construction,
- the quality of the works at the time of their execution and acceptance of atrophic and covered works,
- checking the measurements and confirming entries in the 'register of measurements'
- technical order of execution of individual stages of works.
b) making technical and material acceptance of the scope of works disappearing or covered with documentation of them in the Construction Log or an attachment thereto,
c) watching over the course of works in accordance with contractual deadlines, material and financial schedule as well as technical conditions and informing the Ordering Party without delay of all circumstances that may affect the extension of the investment implementation deadline, changes or the need to perform works that may have economic effects for the Ordering Party,
d) performing ongoing photographic documentation (in digital technology) on a regular basis of the progress of works and providing cataloged photographs on an electronic medium after the investment is completed,
e) reporting to the designer, in consultation with the Employer, objections to the project signaled by the Contractor of works and making relevant arrangements or explanations with him,
f) giving opinions on the need to perform works and possible replacement, additional or supplementary solutions in consultation with the Employer,
g) preparing, in consultation with the Employer, protocols of the need to perform additional, supplementary or replacement works, and if necessary to develop the necessary executive documentation,
h) participation in committees, meetings and consultations during the implementation of works and during the warranty and guarantee period,
i) coordination of contacts between the Employer and the Contractor of construction works,
j) keeping the Employer informed about the progress of works at the construction site,
k) informing the Employer on a regular basis about the disclosure of subcontractors at the construction site not reported by the Contractor to the Employer,
l) preventing the use of products that are incompatible with the design documentation, defective and unacceptable for circulation and use in construction,
Ł) issuing opinions on defects found in the course of receiving or supervising operations, shortcomings that are suitable or not suitable for removal, and opinions on reducing the use value of a supervised investment due to the statement of the above defects or shortcomings,
m) confirmation of removal of defects and faults
n) making regular entries in the Construction Diary,
o) preparation and participation in final acceptance activities,
p) confirmation of the works actually carried out which are the basis for issuing the invoice and the Contractor of construction works,
r) checking if the Contractor has prepared as-built cost estimates for the final settlement of the investment,
s) determining the value of the final invoice,
t) completing and checking the quality of acceptance documentation and documents necessary to obtain an occupancy permit in the Poviat Construction Supervision Inspector,
u) in the event of dispute arising after completion of the investment between the Employer, the Contractor of construction works or other institutions authorized to control, the supervising inspector is obliged to participate free of charge in activities aimed at resolving these issues by drawing up the necessary documents,
w) other tasks falling under the responsibility of the supervision inspector arising from the construction law;
3) The investor supervision inspector may suspend the execution of construction works under the Agreement with an entry in the construction log in case of more information in Annex 6 to the ToR.
