Lot 1 Aggregated Online News Services: Is for a system that will enable to conduct an online search across a range of titles from a variety of news sources and produce a search results list.

Lot 2 Replica Electronic Newspapers: The requirement for this Lot is to view on screen the full replica version ofa print newspaper with the ability to turn pages and see the paper in full.

The framework is initally a 2 year agreement with the option to extend for a further 24 months.
