Implementation of an insurance contract "Mandatory Retirement Savings Plan - Pero" with compulsory membership for all management staff of Tours Habitat, whose purpose is to offer employees access to a savings scheme allowing them to benefit from a funded pension complementary to the general Social Security scheme and the pension schemes of Agirc-Arrco and Ircantec.
This pension will be paid in the form of an annuity, unless otherwise provided by law.
