Object planning services for buildings and interiors according to Part 3, Section 1 of the HOAI, work phases 2 to 8 and special services.

The services are to be provided according to the BIM methodology.

The Federal Institute for Real Estate (BImA) and the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg) intend to rebuild a new teaching and training building in the state-owned Robert Schumann Barracks property. For the new construction, the demolition of a former medical building is part of the measure. The estimated total construction costs are approx. 9,738,000 EUR (as of 09/2020)

In the 2nd stage, the selected applicants are to propose solutions for the planning task in accordance with § 76 paragraph 2 VgV. The project outline will be remunerated with a fee of EUR 8,000 net.
