Framework Agreement with Purchase Orders and Subsequent Contracts for the Care and Maintenance of the Automation of the Ophis Assets

This framework agreement is mixed according to the following provisions:

- Annual preventive maintenance:

it consists of on-site visits in accordance with the stipulations of the CCTP in order to carry out maintenance and upkeep and to check the proper functioning of the automatic closing equipment constituting the heritage of the Ophis Puy-de-Dôme composed of: - Barriers - Automatic doors - Automatic gates - Automatic gates - Automatic hall doors - Retractable bollards

- Unforeseen repairs related to total or partial failure, defective parts, vandalism or deterioration
