The Régie Communale Autonome de La Louvière (RCA) is responsible for the management of paid car parks:

- Parking Maugrétout – 1 level in the basement – 105 spaces – Existing – Equipment to be replaced. The car park is currently managed by an operator who has installed his own access control equipment. The facilities will be considered free of all material on Wednesday 19/04/2023.

- Parking Nicaise – 1 level on the surface - 80 spaces – Existing – New equipment to be installed. Currently the Nicaise car park is managed by a parking meter on the part dedicated to the rotation of the car park and a system of barriers on the part rented from the BNP Paribas bank. Between 20/04/2023 (date of the mandatory date of installation) and 31/07/2023, date of possible extension of the rental of the space by BNP Paribas, the equipment of the service provider must operate in parallel with the equipment supplied.

- Parking des Fours Bouteilles—1 level in the basement—134 spaces—Existing — New equipment to be installed. Parking is new.

The Régie Communale Autonome de La Louvière (RCA) wishes to be able to manage its car parks on the basis of current dematerialization principles:

1. Presenceless – Equipment must be able to be monitored remotely without the need for staff on site;

2. Contactless – The equipment must allow payment, subscriber access or contactless reserved seats.

3. Cashless – Toll equipment only provides payment by card or app.

4. Ticketless – The issuance of a parking ticket must be possible when the system does not recognize the license plate.
