1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. up to 3 463 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume – 80 468.07 MWh, including:
1) For premises and facilities – other tariff groups (Part 1 of the contract) – 29 570.31 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ
2) For premises and facilities - tariff group B (Part 2 of the order) - 30 792.88 MWh - a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1b
3) For the needs of road lighting (Part 3 of the contract) – 20 104.88 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1c
2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity with quality standards specified in accordance with applicable regulations.
Part 1 of the contract - Supply of electricity to premises and facilities - other tariff groups1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 1 413 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract - 29 570,31 MWh.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, subject to different deadlines for individual PPE - details of delivery dates for individual consumption points are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. The Contracting Authority, the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz, will have the status of a Producer for two PPEs
1) PPE 590310600011993782 - Microinstallation capacity 9.72 kWp. Photovoltaic installation connected to the grid in August 2023. The contracting authority will conclude an additional agreement for the repurchase and balancing of energy generated from RES micro-installations, the estimated amount of energy intended for resale - about 2.00 MWh per year on the model used by the contractor.
2) PPE 590310600008034092 - Microinstallation power 17.01 kWp. Photovoltaic installation connected to the grid in August 2023. The contracting authority will conclude an additional agreement for the repurchase and balancing of energy generated from RES micro-installations, the estimated amount of energy intended for resale – about 4.00 MWh per year on the model used by the contractor.
6. The electricity supply / comprehensive electricity supply contracts currently in force will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned start date of delivery (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
7.The Ordering Party shall request a security in the amount of:
1) In the case of submitting an offer for Part 1 of the order: PLN 300,000.00
2) In the case of submitting an offer for Part 2 of the contract: PLN 300,000.00
3) In the case of submitting an offer for Part 3 of the contract: PLN 200,000.00
If a bid is submitted for more than one lot, the contractor shall lodge a tendering security equivalent to the sum of the tenders for the lots concerned.
The security shall be lodged in the form and under the conditions laid down in Chapter XV of the Swz.
Part 2 of orders - Supply of electricity to premises and facilities — tariff group B1. Number of metering systems for consumed electricity 39 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1b to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 30 792.88 MWh.
Consumption data is indicative.
4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, subject to different deadlines for individual PPE - details of delivery dates for individual consumption points are described in Annex 1b to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. Measuring systems are tailored to the seller's change procedure.
6. Current electricity supply contracts will expire on the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column 'delivery period').
7. For all PPEs, there will be a change of seller once again.
8.The Ordering Party shall request a security in the amount of:
1) In the case of submitting an offer for Part 1 of the order: PLN 300,000.00
2) In the case of submitting an offer for Part 2 of the contract: PLN 300,000.00
3) In the case of submitting an offer for Part 3 of the contract: PLN 200,000.00
If a bid is submitted for more than one lot, the contractor shall lodge a tendering security equivalent to the sum of the tenders for the lots concerned.
The security shall be lodged in the form and under the conditions laid down in Chapter XV of the Swz.
Part 3 of the order — Supply of electricity for road lighting1. Number of metering systems for consumed electricity 2 011 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party is included in Annex No 1c to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract – 20 104.88 MWh.
Consumption data is indicative.
4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, with the reservation that details of delivery dates (start and finish) in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1c to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. The electricity supply / comprehensive electricity supply contracts currently in force will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned start date of the supply (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
6 . The Ordering Party shall request a deposit in the amount of:
1) In the case of submitting an offer for Part 1 of the order: PLN 300,000.00
2) In the case of submitting an offer for Part 2 of the contract: PLN 300,000.00
3) In the case of submitting an offer for Part 3 of the contract: PLN 200,000.00
If a bid is submitted for more than one lot, the contractor shall lodge a tendering security equivalent to the sum of the tenders for the lots concerned.
