The tender includes roof waterproofing and plumbing work in the 2nd construction phase for the conversion and extension at St. Marien's Hospital in Ahaus. The following subsections in building 900 on the hospital grounds are affected by the construction work:

- 5.2 Laboratory / Chapel / Social Services: Part 900 New building in SG / Component 500 Conversion in SG

- 5.3.1 Elective inclusion: Building 900 New building on the ground floor

- 5.4.1 Endoscopy: Building 900 New building on the 1st floor

- 5.6 Clinical medical service: Building 900 New building on the 2nd floor

The construction site is located in the city area of 48683 Ahaus, Wüllener Straße 101.

The construction work must be carried out during ongoing hospital operations.

Roof waterproofing and plumbing work includes the following services:

- Total roof areas over 1st and 2nd floor, including extensive green roofs: Approx. 845 m²

- Waterproofing floor/base slab: Approx. 960 m²

- Concrete slab covering on roof surfaces: Approx. 90 m²

- Aluminium parapet cover: Approx. 210 m

- Side protection railing with load weight, 65 meters: 1 piece
