The Metropolitan City of Turin, as an aggregator pursuant to art. 9, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 66/14 converted into L.89/2014 and ANAC resolution no. 643 of 22/09/2021 (hereinafter also for brevity also contracting authority) has launched a Community tender with an open procedure, pursuant to art. 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 for the activation of an agreement pursuant to art. 26 l. 488/99 and art. 1 c. 499 l. 208/2015 in favor of the Administrations insisting on the territory of the Piedmont Region, divided into lots, for the supply of cold bituminous conglomerate (matter 25 of the D.P.C.M. 11/07/2018 published on the G.U.R.I. n. 189 of 16/08/2018).
