Part 1: Provision of comprehensive cleaning services in the buildings of the Piotrków Trybunalski City Hall at 10 Karol Rudowskiego Passage, 8 Farna Street and 11 Zamurowa Street

Part 2: Provision of comprehensive cleaning services in the buildings of the Piotrków Trybunalski City Hall at 28 Szkolna Street (building A, B and C)

Comprehensive maintenance services of cleaning rooms in the buildings of the Piotrków Trybunalski City Hall. The total area inside the buildings for cleaning is 2,463.36 m2.

As part of the service provided, the contractor will be obliged to:

1. to keep clean:

1) passageways and stairs,

2) office rooms, conference rooms,

3) toilets,

(4) any other premises located in the buildings, including:

a) washing windows, washing curtains and curtains and washing radiators,

b) cleaning, washing (washing vacuum cleaner) carpets, carpets, upholstered furniture as well as chairs and swivel chairs with backrests and fabric seats or upholstery – the service is incidental (non-cyclical) – if necessary,

(c) polymerisation of floors.

2. to maintain the daily cleaning service in the building at Pasaż K. Rudowskiego 10,

3. to maintain cleanliness during wedding ceremonies and jubilees in the premises of USC.

4. The Ordering Party requires that all those listed in the SWZ Part II in:

1) Description of the subject of the contract point 1 – point 5 and points 9, 2) Description of the subject of the contract point 13.1 – were performed by the contractor.

The Contractor is not obliged to personally perform only the activities for Part 1 and Part 2, which are listed below:

1) washing windows, washing curtains and curtains and washing radiators,

2) cleaning, washing (with a washing vacuum cleaner) carpets, carpets, upholstered furniture as well as chairs and swivel chairs with backrests and fabric seats or upholstery type,

3) polymerization of floors, for which the contracting authority allows subcontracting.

Comprehensive cleaning services in the buildings of the Piotrków Trybunalski City Hall at 28 Szkolna Street (building A, B and C). Total indoor area for cleaning 4,581.59 m2

As part of the service provided, the contractor will be obliged to:

1. to keep clean:

1) passageways and stairs,

2) office rooms, conference rooms,

3) toilets,

(4) any other premises located in the buildings, including:

a) washing windows, washing curtains and curtains and washing radiators,

b) cleaning, washing (washing vacuum cleaner) carpets, carpets, upholstered furniture as well as chairs and swivel chairs with backrests and fabric seats or upholstery – the service is incidental (non-cyclical) – if necessary,

(c) polymerisation of floors.

2. to maintain two daily cleaning services:

1) in building A at 28 Szkolna Street,

2) in buildings B and C at 28 Szkolna Street.

The Ordering Party requires that all listed in the SWZ Part II in:

1) Description of the subject of the contract point 1 – point 4, 2) Description of the implementation of the subject of the contract point 13.1 – were performed by the contractor.

The Contractor is not obliged to personally perform only the activities for Part 1 and Part 2, which are listed below:

1) washing windows, washing curtains and curtains and washing radiators,

2) cleaning, washing (with a washing vacuum cleaner) carpets, carpets, upholstered furniture as well as chairs and swivel chairs with backrests and fabric seats or upholstery type,

3) polymerization of floors, for which the contracting authority allows subcontracting.
