1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services related to winter maintenance of roads, pavements, pedestrian routes and municipal car parks. 2. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in the model contract together with the annexes constituting annexes to the SWZ. The Contractor is obliged to read the SWZ and its annexes and execute the contract on the terms and conditions described therein.

1. The scope of the contract includes in particular: 1) Streets of the first order of winter maintenance – 6.415 km according to the list according to Annex 1 to the model contract, 2) Streets of the second order of winter maintenance – 25.391 km according to the list according to Annex 2 to the model contract, 3) Streets of the III order of winter maintenance – 19.417 km according to the list according to Annex 3 to the model contract, 4) Streets IV order of winter maintenance – 7,430 km according to the list according to Annex 4 to the model contract, 5) Sidewalks for snow removal and sprinkling – 56,579,60m², sidewalks for sand (green areas) – 17,523 m²,

snow removal and sprinkling car parks – 10,921 m2, according to the list according to Annex 5 to the model contract, 6) Assembly and disassembly, ongoing maintenance and storage of snow curtains – in accordance with the list according to Annex 6 to the model contract, 7) Setting up and operating coke ovens – 8 pcs. in accordance with the list according to Annex 7 to the model contract.
