The framework agreement, with a single economic operator, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 3, of the Code concerns the assignment, through subsequent application contracts (C.A.), of the maintenance and redevelopment service of the municipal green heritage as better detailed in the Special Specifications of the Framework Agreement, in compliance with the technical specifications and contractual clauses contained in the minimum environmental criteria referred to in Ministerial Decree no. 63 of 10 March 2020.
