School Lunch Service, intended for pupils of the kindergarten and primary school of Syracuse, with the following type: preparation and packaging of meals at the cooking center of the winning company; transport of meals from the cooking center to schools; management of the service within the refectories at the school complexes indicated in the Table referred to in Article 4 of the Special Tender Specifications; the cleaning of the refectories used for the consumption of meals; meals will be prepared according to the prescriptions provided in the dietary tables prepared by the U.O.S.
