1. The subject of the contract is the execution (delivery and assembly) of photovoltaic installations in the Municipality of Inowłódz, including:

1.1. public buildings - LOT No. 1;

1.2. residential buildings - PART No. 2.

2. A detailed description and scope of individual parts of the subject of the contract shall include: SWZ with attachments and design documentation, bills of quantities, STWiORB - constituting annexes to the SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of photovoltaic microinstallations mounted on the roof of a public utility building or land.

2) The scope of construction of a photovoltaic installation includes: delivery and assembly of photovoltaic microinstallations mounted on the roof of a public building or land together with other devices / apparatus / materials which include:

- supporting structures for photovoltaic panels;

- photovoltaic panels;

- photovoltaic system inverters;

- AC and DC switchboards;

- circuit breakers, residual current;

- rozłączniki AC and DC;

- odgromniki;

- wiring strips;

- electrical wires/cables;

- vindur pipes;

- piercing holes in walls or ceilings;

- uziomy;

- checks, measurements, tests of electrical circuits;

- tests and measurements of the earthing installation;

- system start-up tests;

- earthworks;

- other works, devices and elements not replaced, unforeseen and necessary for the proper implementation of fully functioning photovoltaic microinstallations (including construction works related to passages through building partitions, installation in buildings and outside, and related to adaptation and replacement works).

1) The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of photovoltaic microinstallations mounted on the roof of a residential building or the roof of an economic building or land.

Before starting construction, the contractor is obliged to prepare individual construction and executive designs (if required, e.g. in the event of a change of location).

2) The scope of construction of a photovoltaic installation includes: delivery and assembly of photovoltaic microinstallations mounted on the roof of a residential building or the roof of an economic building or land together with other devices / apparatus / materials which include:

- supporting structures for photovoltaic panels;

- photovoltaic panels;

- photovoltaic system inverters;

- AC and DC switchboards;

- circuit breakers, residual current;

- rozłączniki AC and DC;

- odgromniki;

- wiring strips;

- electrical wires/cables;

- vindur pipes;

- piercing holes in walls or ceilings;

- uziomy;

- checks, measurements, tests of electrical circuits;
