The subject of the contract has been divided into two parts. The subject of the contract in the part covered by Task 1 is the preparation of a full-range, full-discipline and complete design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of a sidewalk as part of the extension of Mazańcowicka Street in Bielsko-Biała on the section from Burzliwa Street to building No. 108. The subject of the contract in the part covered by Task 2 is the preparation of a full-range, full-discipline and complete design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of the pavement as part of the extension of Gen. Władysław Anders Avenue in Bielsko-Biała on the section from the city border to the area of plot No. 979/32 precinct Stare Bielsko.

The Contracting Authority allows partial bids for individual above-mentioned Procurement Tasks. The contractor may submit a tender for one or both lots of the contract.
The selection of the most advantageous offer will take place separately for each part of the contract.
Preparation of design documentation for the construction of a sidewalk as part of the extension of Mazańcowicka Street in Bielsko-Biała on the section from Burzliwa Street to building No. 108 – TASK 1The subject of the contract in the part covered by Task 1 is the preparation of a full-range, full-discipline and complete design and cost estimate documentation for the construction of a sidewalk as part of the extension of Mazańcowicka Street in Bielsko-Biała on the section from Burzliwa Street to building No. 108 (hereinafter referred to as "Documentation"), in the scope including in particular:
- execution of a construction project,
-execution of the detailed design,
- preparation of a water law report,
- preparation of geodetic documentation regarding the resumption of border points and land divisions,
- implementation of the project of temporary and target traffic organization,
- preparation of materials for issuing a decision on the permit for the implementation of a road investment,
- preparation of bill of quantities and cost estimates,
and performing author's supervision over the robots covered by the Documentation.

Władysław Anders Avenue in Bielsko-Biała on the section from the city border to the area of plot No. 979/32 precinct Stare Bielsko (hereinafter referred to as "Documentation"), in the scope including in particular:
- execution of a construction project,
- execution of the executive design,
- implementation of the project of temporary and target traffic organization,
- preparation of materials for the application for a building permit,
- preparation of bill of quantities and cost estimates,
and performing author's supervision over the robots covered by the Documentation.
