The contract form for the implementation of the project is a shared contract. The contractor of civil engineering works acts as the main contractor and the main contractor referred to in legislation (Yse 1998 §4).

The offer is binding and must be drawn up in the Finnish language. The acquisition process is in Finnish as a whole.

Uraka must fulfil the provisions adopted by the European Union directly obliging acts, Finnish laws and regulations and the authorities, including structure, equipment, work and fire safety and electrical safety.
