The implementation of tasks will be carried out in the "design and construction" system.
The subject of the Order is:
Replacement of mechanical toll gates with new types of devices at the crossing
rail-road category A at km 48.641 served by the crossing lineman post.
49 (km 48,618) in Rogalice on the railway line 277 Opole Groszowice – Wrocław Brochów,
adaptation of new toll gates and crossing lighting to the Regulation
Minister of Infrastructure of 20 October 2015 on the technical conditions
shall correspond to the intersections of railway lines and sidings with roads and their
location (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1744, as amended), dismantling of existing equipment

The entire subject of the contract includes the implementation of:
1) design documentation necessary for the proper execution of all works
construction and obtaining for it all the required opinions, agreements, approvals,
the conditions, decisions and permits necessary for the performance of the subject matter of the contract;
(2) all works in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of
documentation developed by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority
design referred to in point 1 above, and all preparatory works
necessary to perform the scope of the Agreement and any activities required
Law;
3) Preparation of a pre-audition report (see Section 3.5) along with the implementation of a comprehensive
as-built (operational) documentation separately for each industry, including
as-built documentation from geodetic inventory
The order includes the design and execution of construction works in the automation industry,
telecommunications and electricity.
The Ordering Party draws special attention to the fact that the entire subject of the Order should be
made in accordance with the SWZ, generally applicable law, Regulations
Ordering party, standards, principles of technical knowledge and construction art.
