Introduction

Bostads AB Vätterhem (The Client) invites bidders (Supplier) to submit tenders for project managers for the introduction of property systems.

Extent

Vätterhem is looking for an experienced and driven external project manager and possibly other support staff in connection with the company procuring and introducing a new market and real estate system. Today's system solution is used daily to some extent by about 90% of Vätterhem's staff.

Purpose and goal

The purpose of the assignment is to lead the process when Vätterhem will replace the existing property system Momentum PM4 and Momentum Market System with a new standard system for marketing, rental administration, rental and management of properties. The introduction of the new system solution involves, among other things, migration of existing data, integration between the system solution and existing systems, setting up and configuring the system solution and training of users. The procurement of a new system solution is announced but not completed, so we cannot currently specify the supplier of the system.

The goal is to develop the company's internal processes with the support of the standard functions of the system solution.

The assignment includes:

to control the project based on the goals set regarding the schedule and the introduction of the system solution.

to represent Vätterhem to the supplier and other external parties involved.

to support and lead the people who are part of the project group and report status to the steering group.

to be in contact with the supplier's project manager and the supplier's other project participants on an ongoing basis during the project period.

Preliminary project occupancy

In the appendix Project occupancy, an estimate of the supplier's expected occupancy in the project if the introduction of the system can begin in August 2023. If the introduction of the system begins at a later time, the project allocation is shifted to a new agreed date for the start of the project. Before starting the assignment, the Supplier, in consultation with the Customer, shall, as far as possible, specify and agree on the scope of the assignment.
