The item of the order is divided into 2 parts:
Exercise 1 — Insurance of property and liability
Exercise 2 — Motor insurance
Exercise 1 — Insurance of property and liabilityTask 1 – Insurance of property and civil liability includes:
- Property insurance against all random events,
- Insurance of glass, glazing and other objects from breakage,
- Insurance of property against theft with burglary and robbery with the extension of vandalism / devastation,
- Insurance of tort and contract liability for business, possession and use of property and administration of property, including management and administration of roads,
- Insurance of electronic equipment from all risks with an extension to theft and devastation.
The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers for individual above-mentioned Tasks (Parts) of the contract. The contractor may submit a tender for one or both parts of the contract.
A detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the contract is contained in the Chapter
IV Specification of the Terms of Contract.
The selection of the most advantageous offer will take place separately for each part of the contract (each Scope).
Exercise 2 — Motor insuranceTask 2 – Motor insurance covers:
- Insurance against the civil liability of the holder of motor vehicles for damage caused in connection with the use of these vehicles,
- Auto-Casco insurance,
- Accident insurance,
- Assistance insurance,
- ZK insurance (non-premium).
The contractor may submit a tender for one or both parts of the contract.
