Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) of sailboats and wooden boats of the French Navy
This notice concerns a defense or security contract whose purpose is "Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) of sailboats and wooden boats of the French Navy".
- It is a single-awarding framework agreement that includes:
-a firm share;
-a share in purchase orders in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the Public Order Code;
-a share to order supplies or services intended to meet any technical hazards pursuant to Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the Public Procurement Code
Chosen procedure:
It was passed according to a procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Order Code.
This publication concerns a call for applications only. The consultation file will be sent later and only to the candidates admitted to tender.
The main MCO services to be provided are:
- industrial services of major, intermediate and current maintenance,
- interventions on damage (expertise and / or repair),
- overall industrial prime contractor services,
- site and safety services,
- supply and repair of spare parts, as well as associated logistical support,
- maintenance engineering services (configuration management, etc.).
The technical stops will be made in the Brittany region; they are generally done in Brest harbour. For speedboats and the Feu Follet sailing exclusively in the large harbor, they can be transported to the place of realization of the AT. For the Grande Hermine, the navigation radius extends from the Gulf of Morbihan to Saint-Brieuc.
