The new AV solution must at least comply with the Program of Requirements.

The AV solution is future-proof in supporting the Council meeting process. An important element here is the exchange of information between the AV solution and all (known on the Dutch market) Council Information Systems (RIS). In other words, the new AV solution can exchange the information described in the Programme of Requirements with a council information system (supplier independent). In addition, this solution must be able to be used multifunctionally (supporting different types of meetings).

proposed positions for all audiovisual equipment such as, cameras, screens, control screens, et cetera.
