this framework agreement relates to the surveillance and guarding services of the Port de la Rague in Mandelieu-La Napoule.Il is a framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded at unit prices with a minimum amount and a maximum amount, setting all the contractual stipulations and executed as and when the purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or reopening of competition, according to the modalities provided for in the framework agreement and pursuant to Articles L.2125-1 1 °, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code.the contractual prices are those fixed in the unit price schedule and apply to the quantities actually ordered and executed.
