The contractor is to provide the basic services in accordance with §33 HOAI, Part 3 - Section 1 in the service images of buildings and interiors, as well as the basic services according to §38 HOAI, Part 3 - Section 2 in the performance image of outdoor installations.

The rescue service association "Southwest Saxony" intends as a carrier of ground-based rescue service, the new construction of the rescue Gersdorf on the parcel 949/7, district Gersdorf. The parcel to be cultivated has an area of 3,000 m 2 and is located in a commercial area. The new building should comply with the requirements of DIN 13049 and consist of a vehicle hall with 9 parking spaces including a laundry hall and a social, sanitary and office wing. The construction must be carried out in one storey. There is a development plan for the area.
