This dynamic procurement system (DPS) is to procure a large number of providers to assist in the delivery of the GM Self-Employment Pilot. Approved activity put forward by the successful providers will form the framework from which the client will select the appropriate activity.

The Growth Company require activity that will appeal to multiple clients and can be delivered across Greater Manchester on a rolling programme as well as client specific or niche provision.

Activity can be consultative, personal development, vocational training or an activity that will support the client and/or their business to become more sustainable or profitable. Please note that license to practice activity is not in scope within the framework.

GC require the activity to be delivered in the Greater Manchester area and will only authorise outside this area if it is considered a unique or niche activity unavailable in the GM area.
