Vitos gGmbH in Kassel is authorized to carry out the procurement procedure. All correspondence relating to the procurement procedure is to be conducted exclusively with the latter. She is also the sole and authorized addressee in a review procedure.
Vitos tenders the contract jointly as a contracting authority in accordance with § 15 of the Ordinance on the Award of Public Contracts (Vergabeverordnung - VgV) by means of an open procedure.
