Receipt and management of waste code 19 12 10 originating from the Waste Management Plant

The subject of the order is the collection and management of waste code 19 12 10 originating from the Waste Management Plant

Collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 10 -preRDF from separately collected packaging waste (municipal origin)

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport for further management in the recovery processes of waste with the code 19 12 10 - combustible waste (alternative fuel) generated in the process of sorting selectively collected packaging waste in ZZO Olszowa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Olszów, address: Olszowa, ul. Bursztynowa 55, 63-600 Kępno.

2. The service should be carried out in accordance with decisions held by the Contractor and with any universally applicable law, including in particular:

a) The Waste Act of 14.12.2012. (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended);

b) The Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Dz. U.

of 2022, items 2556, 2687);

3. Waste covered by this order shall be transported and then developed in installations indicated by the Contractor which:

a) have valid decisions to conduct waste recovery activities listed in Annex 1 to the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 in the scope of waste code 19 12 10;

(b) have the required decisions/authorisations/entries in the relevant registers authorising the transport of waste of code 19 12 10;

(c) they have an active account in the electronic BDO system, enabling the necessary activities related to waste records (confirmation of the KPO).

4. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting entity, after collecting the last batch of waste, no later than 05.01.2024 in writing and by e-mail:

a) information confirming the type of recovery process of accepted waste in accordance with Annex 1 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012;

(b) the quantities of products or waste generated from them, indicating the final installation to which they were delivered (name, BDO number with MPD number) together with the final recovery operation to which they were subjected.

5. For each call of the Contracting Authority, the Contractor is obliged to provide within 7 days of the call — a summary of data containing the quantities of waste received and processed with information to which processes it has been subjected.

6. Waste code 19 12 10 shall be generated from residues of waste separated on NIR optical-pneumatic separators from separately collected packaging (municipal) waste. The preRDF waste stream is a high-calorie fraction separated on an NIR separator consisting of 90% plastics. This separator also reduces PVC waste with an efficiency of 85%.

7. Waste will be prepared by the Ordering Party for collection in unshredded, compressed form, bound by steel wire.

8. The dimensions of compressed waste bales are approximately: 80 x 80 x 120 cm, and the average weight of one bale is approx. 550 kg.

Receipt, transport and handling of waste with code 19 12 10- from waste 20 03 01 [non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste]

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport for further development in waste recovery processes with code 19 12 10 - combustible waste (alternative fuel) produced in the process of mechanical processing of mixed municipal waste in ZZO Olszowa Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Olszów, under address: Olszowa, 55 Bursztynowa Street, 63-600 Kępno.

2. The service should be carried out in accordance with decisions held by the Contractor and with any universally applicable law, including in particular:

a) The Waste Act of 14.12.2012. (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended);

b) The Act of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Dz. U.

of 2022, items 2556, 2687);

6. Waste with code 19 12 10 is generated from residues from waste separated on optic-pneumatic separators NIR from non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste. The preRDF stream is a fraction of >80mm separated on the NIR optical-pneumatic separator of waste, free of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and reduced PVC content (with 85% efficiency).

7. Waste will be prepared by the Ordering Party for collection in unshredded, compressed form, bound by steel wire.

8. The dimensions of bales of compressed waste are approximately: 80 x 80 x 120 cm, and the average weight of one bale is approx. 550kg
