Invitation to Tender for the Provision of Extra Care Housing - Care and Support.

Lambeth Council is seeking to appoint an experienced service provider to provide care and support for vulnerable adults in the boroughs' extra care schemes. The Council currently commissions seven extra care housing services providing around 330 homes for Lambeth residents.

LOT 1 Charleston House Lingham Court

The value of Charleston House will be £590,000 per annum, or £4,130,000 over 7 years if the extension period is fully utilised.

The value of Lingham Court will be £680,000 per annum, or £4,760,000 over 7 years if the extension is fully utilised.

LOT 2 Clarence Avenue.

The value of LOT2 will be £600,000 per annum, or £4,200,000 over 7 years if the extension periods are fully utilised.

LOT 3 Hillyard House.

The value of LOT 3 will be £640,000 per annum, or £4,480,000 over 7 years if the extension periods are fully utilised.

LOT 4 Cheviot Gardens

The value of LOT 4 will be £880,000 per annum, or £6,160,000 over 7 years if the extension periods are fully utilised.

LOT 5 Helmi House.

The value of LOT5 will be £770,000 per annum, or £5,390,000 over 7 years if the extension periods are fully utilised.

LOT 6 Bank House.

The value of LOT 3 will be £920,000 per annum, or £6,440,000 over 7 years if the extension periods are fully utilised.
