Lantmäteriet needs to lease two aircraft with pilots for aerial photography within the National Land Survey's national image supply program (BFP). The planes will be equipped with the National Land Survey's aerial cameras that will be operated by the National Land Survey's operators/aerial photographers.

Agreements will be signed for six flight seasons with a planned start of the contract 2024-02-01. In the event that the conditions for the project change due to political and/or administrative decisions that Lantmäteriet has no control over, the conditions in the agreement may change.

Content and scope of the procurement

Lantmäteriet needs to lease two aircraft with pilots for aerial photography within the National Land Survey's national image supply program (BFP). The planes will be equipped with the National Land Survey's aerial cameras that will be operated by the National Land Survey's operators/aerial photographers. The tenderer and any subcontractor shall have the technical equipment required to carry out the assignment. The aircraft are later separated in the tender document and are then referred to as "Aircraft 1" and "Aircraft 2" respectively.

Lantmäteriet intends to sign an agreement with a supplier after procurement of the service. In the procurement, contracts will not be awarded in separate lots. The reason for this is consideration of the nature and nature of the service, where Lantmäteriet needs a partner for efficient planning and implementation of the assignment.
