AUA.3 Orientation on the project and mission

To the project (see AUA.21), HKR refers to linking a Senior Advisor experienced in running large complex processes in publicly run activities, which can cover the project's need for qualified support for project management and management/board at college in the field.

Below are examples of duties covered by the mission:

Strategic work on the establishment of the project

Lobbying work against the municipality, region and business

Promoting the project at meetings and conferences

Planning and management of strategic meetings for the project

The mission is estimated to be equivalent to about 40 hours per month. Volume cannot be guaranteed, without calling out will be on the basis of real need.

The ceiling value of the procurement amounts to SEK 3 MSEK.

Contractual and mission start immediately after contract drawing, as agreed with the assigned tenderer. The contract runs for two (2) years, with the possibility for the order to extend the contract for two more (2) years, one (1) year at a time.
