The building maintenance and maintenance services required by the Aalto University Group (component 3) as specified in the attached tender documents. This acquisition is part of a broader procurement package, which simultaneously tenders four service packages for the maintenance and maintenance services of different properties.

The companies belonging to the Aalto University Group, listed in Appendix 04 "Subscriber Organisations", will participate in the procurement and the services will be used. The acquisition is carried out by Aalto University Properties Ltd on behalf and on behalf of client organisations.
