The purpose of this consultation is to develop a national training offer on European funds. The trainings will be aimed in particular at the actors in charge of the implementation of the programmes (managing authorities, audit authorities, coordinating ministries and competent ministries)

The "beginner pack" is a 5-day training course over a short period of time (4 to 5 weeks) which should enable staff, depending on their level of knowledge and function, to understand the fundamentals related to the management of European funds (ERDF-ESF+)

The "intermediate pack" is a 5-day training course over a short or medium duration (4 to 12 weeks) which should enable staff, depending on their level of knowledge and function, to deepen their knowledge and function in the practices related to the management of European funds (ERDF-ESF+)

The "Expert Pack" is a 3-day training course over a short or medium duration (4 to 12 weeks) which should allow agents, depending on their level of knowledge and function, to be real experts on one or more themes and thus be able to disseminate their knowledge

The "Management and Regulation Circuit" lot is a training course of 2 consecutive days which should allow agents, according to their level of knowledge and function, to master the audit trail and the main principles of the regulations adapted to the investigation, certification and control of files

The "State aid (beginner level)" package is a training course of 2 consecutive days which should enable agents, depending on their function, to identify the files falling within the scope of State aid rules and to examine them

The "Public Procurement" package is a training course of 2 consecutive days which should allow agents, depending on their function, to learn the rules of public procurement in order to control public contracts and identify financial corrections likely to be implemented

The "Financial Analysis of Public and Private Structures" package is a training course of 2 consecutive days which should allow the training agents to issue an opinion on the financial capacity of the holder to assume the investment project presented

The "Programme monitoring and evaluation" package is a training course of 2 consecutive days which should enable the agents in charge of piloting and/or managing the programmes to master all the regulatory obligations

The "Personnel Expenditure" package is a 1-day training course that should enable training agents, managers and controllers to analyse the regularity of the expenditure presented
