Newry and Mourne District Council invites applications for the Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) from competent Main Contractors with relevant experience of main building works for the construction of Phase 2 of the new Newry Leisure Centre and associated facilities.

Upon assessment of the PQQ returns, the successful applicants will be invited to tender for the works.

The Contract period is envisaged to commence Spring 2015.

All Contractors must demonstrate compliance with Buildsafe NI or equivalent.
