The purpose of the agreement is to provide parts of the norwegian foreign service with internal communication via global VSAT. The services must comply with the the Ministry’s requirements for stability, quality and capacity. Further the purpose of the agreement is to ensure flexibility to decrease or increase the number of foreign missions that is included in the agreement.

The agreement concerns all phases in the life cycle from planning, deployment and testing, via ongoing operations, to termination.
