The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum or maximum required pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code and an economic operator. Provisional notification date: November 2019 for a start on 28.1.2020.

Lot 01 will be concluded for a period of 5 years from 28.1.2020 or its notification if it is later than this date. As an indication, the estimated number of machines for the duration of the contract will be 400 units.

Lot 02 will be concluded for a period of 12 months from 28.1.2020 or its notification if it is later and will be renewable twice in the conditions of the SCC. As an indication, the annual consumption is about 1 800 000 copies including 400 000 in color.
