The Children and Youth Administration of the Municipality of Copenhagen wants a new system to support the purchase and payment of school meals and club activities and can also handle payments in other areas of the administration in the longer term.

The focus of the acquisition is:

- Support for the Copenhagen Municipality's vision to reduce the amount of cash and reduce administration by payments.

- Ensuring compliance with accounting law/regulations.

- Ability to buy and pay goods, including handling subsidies when purchasing goods.

- Ability to manage goods and sales units.

- Support for existing and future market standards for payments including debit cards for children, credit cards and MobilePay.

- Physical tender in clubs for children in the form of a club card.

- Payment terminal solution for the payment of goods and activities at payment terminals in the clubs.

- Integration to the customer's economy system Quantum.

- Integration to relevant system systems and common public components.

- Operating, hosting, maintenance and support at the supplier.
