The city of Leverkusen is inviting tenders for a framework contract for the procurement of hygiene products and the associated dispenser systems.
The product specification is justified in accordance with § 31 para. 6 VgV, as these are refill items for already existing and installed containers, the replacement of which is not available for economic reasons.
Planned start of contract: 01.06.2024
Minimum contract period: 01.06.2024 to 31.05.2026. There is an option to extend the contract twice for a further year; However, until 31.05.2028 at the latest.
Estimated minimum volume of 124,000 EUR/year / maximum volume of 186,000 EUR/year.
