North Karelia Procurement requests that you submit a tender for interpretation services for the period 1.10.2023 - 30.9.2025 + one (1) + one (1) year option option.
The offer is binding and is drawn up in the Finnish language. The acquisition process as a whole is in Finnish.
The Service must comply with the regulations directly binding of the European Union, Finnish laws and decrees and authorities. Service activities must take into account, for example, occupational safety and ergonomics.

Public service interpreting by telephone and video interpretation and notification interpretation (VAT 0%)Public service interpreting by telephone and video interpretation via the Internet and notification interpreting (transmission of notifications and messages to the customer by telephone). 4. Express interpretation (VAT 0%)Express interpreting (remote interpretation through an interpreting application, which is carried out without an appointment directly from the client to the public service interpreter). 3. Sign language interpretation (VAT 0%)Simultaneous on-site sign language interpretation and video interpretation via the Internet. The requirements for this area are set out in more detail below in the invitation to tender and its annexes.
