At the request of the supervisors of the Enforcement Department at establishments or installations of their choice, the composition of waste gases, discharged via guided emission channels, is determined in a flexible and rapid manner by means of an air emission measurement (measurement, sampling and analysis). These measurements can be requested from combustion installations or process installations (lot 1), whether or not including dioxin measurements (lot 2), or from air washers on agricultural holdings (lot 3).
The results of the air emission measurement are described in a report per measurement location. This report contains a description of the actions taken and a clear presentation of the results under normal conditions and, if applicable, under established reference conditions.
