Description:
700-04 Gardarobensystem

The University Hospital Augsburg (UKA) needs the delivery of cloakroom systems for the West extension. The area intended for the West Extension is located in the adjacent existing building of the University Hospital on the 2nd floor. Structural measures to expand the changing areas are ruled out for structural reasons. In the future, the UKA plans to provide certain employees with a cloakroom system so that they can store their street clothes there during their daily work assignments. According to the architectural plan, the available area is approx. 240 m² of usable space. The maximum number of cloakroom systems must be accommodated in the defined area, with a minimum of 650 storage options.

The subject of the tender is the delivery and installation of a cloakroom system for a total of 650 employees on a usable area of approx. 240 m², whereby at least 200 people must be able to change their clothes directly at the cloakroom system at the same time. A wardrobe system is a device that is specifically designed to store clothes and accessories such as coats, jackets, hats, shoes, and bags. A ratio of 70% women and 30% men must be taken into account. The wardrobe system is designed to enable space-saving and efficient storage of street clothes while ensuring comfort and functionality for users. The system should be robust, durable and easy to clean, while being visually appealing. In addition, benches of sufficient number and size are to be provided for approx. 200 people at the same time in order to offer users a pleasant changing experience. The tender includes the planning, delivery and installation of the cloakroom system as well as any services that may be required, such as maintenance or training. The system should fully meet the needs of the client and provide users with a pleasant working environment.

Structural measures to expand the changing areas are ruled out for structural reasons. Partition walls or similar can be set up to create clear structures and separations. The implementation of the wardrobe systems is the first measure at the University Hospital for wardrobe systems. The client intends to provide further cloakroom systems from the same manufacturer for the employees in further measures.

The bidder is requested to provide a loan (as described in Chapter 6) to check the MUST requirements (Chapter 4.1). The costs for this shall be borne by the bidder.
