The subject matter of the contract is consulting services and support for projects of the client as well as their implementation support in the area of input management.

The aim and purpose of the framework agreement to be concluded is to professionally support the transformation into a service market leader in the analogue and digital world, to identify new approaches and trends in the input management environment in a timely manner and to evaluate their benefits for the client's goals, and to carry out the various projects in the input management environment professionally, strategically coordinated and successfully from the client's point of view. This requires access to a wide range of consulting and methodological expertise in the healthcare sector, a wide range of experience and a resource pool of experienced project managers who (can) successfully transfer the various projects into line operation.
