The challenge is a new school community for mavo, havo and vwo in Purmerend. It is one replacement new building for 500 students of SG Antoni Gaudí with a gross floor area (bvo) of 3,695 m² and 1,400 students of Da Vinci College with a BVO of 9,345 m² at the Koogmolen site, a total of 13,040 m².
