The subject of this order is the supply of electricity to the Contracting Authority's facilities in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024

The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity to the Contracting Authority's facilities in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997.

The supply of electricity should be carried out in accordance with the rules set out in the Act of 10 April 1997. The Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), the Civil Code and executive acts issued on their basis, including the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2505, as amended).

Electricity should meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and implementing regulations to this Act and Polish Standards.

The estimated demand for electricity to the Contracting Authority's facilities in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 is 1,358,607 kWh - Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference.
