With this tendering process, Helen Ltd is looking for 1–5 suppliers to supply valves in accordance with this procurement notice for the heating and cooling plant to be built in Eiranranta, Helsinki.

The procurement includes manual and actuator valves for district heating, cooling and wastewater systems. The valves to be purchased range in size from DN80 to DN1200. The procurement includes about 200 manual valves and about 80 valves with actuators.

Procurement is divided into five (5) areas, of which the supplier can offer 1 – 5 areas. Each area must be provided in full, including transportation to the prefabrication site. The division of packages is as follows:

a) hitsattavat palloventtiilit

b) hitsattavat läppäventtiilit

(c) butterfly valves to be installed between flanges;

(d) takaiskuventtiilit

e) varoventtiilit

As an option, the valve questionnaire includes training for operation and maintenance personnel in the operation and maintenance of actuators.

The delivery time for the valves is by 30.6.2024. The GSD files of electric actuators must be delivered to the Contracting entity no later than 15.11.2023. This information is needed well in advance for plant automation planning.

According to the current schedule, the valves will be connected to the plant's piping in connection with the process piping installation work to be carried out in late autumn 2024 and early 2025. According to the preliminary schedule, the commissioning of the valves is scheduled for May-June 2025.

The Supplier shall undertake to carry out the delivery according to the schedule specified by the Customer. The schedule is binding on all parties involved in the project. Changes to the schedule require the approval of all parties
