The Polish-African Economic Forum is one of the most important and largest economic events accompanying Poland's participation in EXPO 2020 World Exhibition in Dubai.

The main objective of the event is to establish and enhance economic relations between Poland and African countries, support international expansion of Polish entrepreneurs and help establish economic contacts with African and international partners. The execution of the order with the participation of a professional external contractor is necessary to ensure the proper level of organization and service of the planned event. The method and quality of its implementation will have a direct impact on Poland's image at the World Exhibition, as well as the implementation of the objectives of the project set out in the Programmatic Concept of Poland's participation in the World Expo 2020 Exhibition in Dubai in the field of supporting international expansion of Polish companies.

c) The day of installation of stage design in the Hotel and other elements specified in the OPZ: 27.03.2022 r. (all day)

e) Participation in the event is free, prior registration of the Participants of the event is required

The description of the object of the contract is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The publicity includes the implementation of the design of the visual concept of the space and the implementation of modern, visually attractive and functional stage design and arrangement of the space intended for the implementation of the Event, according to the assumptions of the Ordering Party

described in this OPZ and in accordance with the Concept of the Contractor's Event. Performers

as part of the implementation of the visual concept of space must be based on the book of the system for identifying the visual participation of Poland in Expo 2020 in Dubai (Annex No. 1),

as well as the architecture of the Polish Pavilion and its interiors (visualizations of the Polish Pavilion are Annex 2).

The design of space arrangement must be adapted to the technical conditions

and organizational space of the Hotel intended for the implementation of the Event, including

in particular, comply with the rules set out by the Hotel, which the Contractor will be obliged to familiarize yourself (contact the Hotel for relevant documentation and clarify any interpretative doubts).

The Ordering Party requires that the arrangement of all areas intended for the implementation of the Event be professional, maintained in a business capacity, aesthetic, functional, emphasizing the nature of the Event and taking into account advanced

and aesthetic elements of the technique of stage implementation and online transmission (light, sound, stage design, multimedia) along with full service. The design of the arrangement concept requires taking into account the barnding “Poland at Expo” and acceptance of the Ordering Party.
