A contract is required for the collection of all Mixed Municipal Wastes from NHS Ayrshire and Arrans facilities. The Board requires contractors to review all existing collection schedules and source segregation and develop a system over the period of the contract which will maximise the diversion of waste from landfill, the waste being recycled and reused and the income from such waste resource diverted from landfill.
