SEMADS is launching a tendering procedure to designate the contractors responsible for carrying out the rehabilitation and construction of the "Foyer de la Solitude", which covers 9,424 m2 of land. The purpose of the project is the creation of a 5-star hotel with 83 rooms including a gourmet restaurant and a SPA with swimming pool. They include the rehabilitation of the existing building called "Hearth of Solitude" (with a floor area of 1,640 m 2 ), the construction of a new building (with a floor area of 4,011 m 2 ), totaling

5 651 m 2 SDP and the realization of all the external landscaping of the plot and the rehabilitation of the neighboring impasse Cloquet.
