EMA, Eurojust and EUROPOL consider that they may require the supply of temporary agency workers for interim assignments, notably in case of abnormal workload or to provide specific services, for general corporate or specialised scientific/highly technical support tasks.
Multiple framework contracts in cascade with a maximum of three contractors for each of the two lots are envisaged. Suppliers may tender for one or both lots.
The temporary agency workers are employed by and sent to the Agencies by employment agencies, to carry out tasks of a temporary and specific nature in different areas, notably in case of abnormal workload or to provide specific services.
Lot 1 encompasses profiles of temporary agency workers to fill in 'Core Functions' of the Agencies, e.g. access to documents officers, data science officers, scientific officers etc.
