The purpose of the consultation is to support level 3 contact tracing as part of the management of the COVID-19 epidemic, the role of the service provider is to take charge of the management of reports sent by email by ARS CVL for their investigation, monitoring and reporting to ARS CVL. The operation of the mission is from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday to Sunday with an operational start on 23.11.2020 (8:30 a.m.). The hourly amplitude as well as the number of staff may be modulated downward or upward depending on the evolution of the health situation and the volume of calls. An extension of operation over the same time slot on Sundays and public holidays may be triggered.
