As part of the renovation and partial conversion of a school building from the 1970s, manufactured in large panel construction, not basement, 4 full floors, as well as a largely free-standing building with a swimming pool system, manufactured in conventional construction, basement, 1 full floor, the following construction services are awarded in public tender:

- Pile foundation with pile head plate (version 15.05.2023 to 13.06.2023)

The execution of the pile foundation work includes:

- Static calculation incl. pile reinforcement

- Plant and assembly planning

- Construction of 6 bored piles Ø approx. 90 cm

The execution of the pile head plate work includes:

- Excavation of two pile head plates 22.5m3, height approx. 0.8 m

- Construction of 2 pile head plates 16 m3 including formwork and reinforcement
